Tickets

A ticket grants one person entry to the FACE OFF edition and at the entry time printed on that ticket. The next edition is 17 October 2026. Historical tickets remain linked to their original edition. “Entry before 23:30” tickets require arrival by 23:30. Orders are limited to four tickets.

Entry

Guests must follow venue rules and provide valid identification if requested. Entry may be refused for unsafe, abusive, fraudulent or unlawful conduct.

Buyer referral reward

After a completed purchase, the buyer receives a personal referral link. Two distinct friends must each complete a paid purchase through that link. Self-referrals, cancelled, disputed or refunded transactions do not qualify. One refund or equivalent free-entry credit is available per qualifying ticket unless FACE OFF states otherwise.

Crew Cash program

The Crew Cash program is free to join. For new Ziina entry-ticket checkouts created from 10 September 2026 at 13:31:31 Gulf Standard Time, AED 25 per ticket is allocated to Black Mirror for the included drink; the remaining amount actually paid is shared equally between FACE OFF and the referring crew member. Earlier checkouts retain their previous commission calculation. VIP tables do not qualify. Refunded, cancelled, disputed, fraudulent and self-referral orders are excluded. Crew Cash and the buyer referral reward cannot both apply to the same referral chain.

Crew Cash payment

Verified earnings are paid by cash or bank transfer, at the participant’s choice, according to the payout schedule confirmed by the organizer for the relevant event. The previously agreed deadline for the August edition is unchanged. FACE OFF may request reasonable identity and payment details and will provide the verified sales record used for the calculation. Questions or disputes may be submitted through the contact page.

Leaderboard prizes

The eligible participant who finishes first wins one complimentary VIP table for themselves and their friends at Expresso’s First Boat Party. The participant who finishes second receives unlimited free drinks all night at FACE OFF, subject to venue service rules. No leaderboard prize is awarded for positions three through five. Ties, eligibility and fraud checks are resolved using verified payment records.

Changes

Reasonable schedule or lineup changes may occur. If the event is cancelled, the refund policy applies.
